We deeply understand the importance of your personal information security and always place protecting your privacy at the core. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") aims to clearly explain: how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use this App, as well as the rights you have over your personal information.

Please note that most functions of this App can be completed locally on your device, and relevant data is primarily stored locally on your device. We only process your information in the minimal scope necessary to achieve specific functions and in the manner described in this Policy. By downloading this App from the Apple App Store, authorizing necessary permissions such as Bluetooth and local file access, and using the App, you are deemed to have fully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should immediately stop using this App.

(B) Scope of Application

1. This Policy applies only to information collected by this App through iOS device features (such as Bluetooth, microphone, camera, network), and does not apply to the following circumstances:

· Information collected in offline scenarios;

·Information collected by third-party services (such as integrated screen casting SDKs, analytics SDKs) – third parties operate according to their own privacy policies (see the Appendix "SDK List" for details), and we are not responsible for such practices.

  1. When you access third-party services through this App, you should review the third party's privacy policy to understand their information processing rules; you bear the associated risks.
  2. This App and related functions are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We strive to optimize compatibility but cannot guarantee that this product will function perfectly on all devices and under all operating system environments. Your continued use is deemed acceptance of this risk.

(C) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the mainland territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding all conflict of law rules).

  1. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction at the defendant's domicile.

II. Our Core Privacy Protection Commitments

1. Local-first processing: Most functional data of this App is generated and stored locally on your device, and is not actively uploaded to our servers.

2. Minimal necessary collection: We only collect information necessary to achieve core functions, and do not collect personal data unrelated to functions.

3. Transparency and control: We clearly inform you of the purpose and usage scenario of each piece of information, and provide you with convenient ways to withdraw consent and delete data.

4. Secure sharing with anonymization: Only when necessary do we share anonymized or de-identified information with third parties, and we sign strict agreements to restrict their use.

III. Scope and Method of Information Collection

We strictly follow the principles of "lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity" in collecting information. All collection is aimed at achieving the functions of this App, as detailed below:

(A) Information and Permissions Actively Authorized by You

Using the core functions of this App requires you to authorize corresponding device permissions. The purposes and collection rules for permissions are as follows. You can manage them through your device's "Settings – Privacy & Security – iTV Remote":

1. Bluetooth & Network Permissions

·Purpose: Establish connection with TV and other devices, send remote control commands.

·Collection rules: Obtain local network information of your device (including SSID, BSSID, IP address) solely to discover controllable devices on the same local area network. Bluetooth is enabled only when actively connecting; it does not scan in the background when not connected. We do not store Bluetooth connection history (except for frequently used device names that you actively save).

2. Local File Access Permission (Optional)

·Purpose: Read photos, videos, audio, and documents that you actively select to enable screen casting.

·Collection rules: Only read files you explicitly select; do not batch scan or store other content on the device. No copy of the file is retained after screen casting is complete.

3. Location Permission

·Purpose: Optimize device discovery efficiency or provide service area matching.

·Collection rules: Obtain only approximate location information; do not collect precise GPS coordinates; do not store location history. Disabling this permission does not affect basic remote control functions.

4. Microphone

·Purpose: Receive your voice commands to enable voice remote control (e.g., "turn up the volume").

·Collection rules: Recording is activated only when you actively trigger the voice button. The audio stream is converted into control commands in real time. We do not save or store any original audio recordings or voice samples.

(B) Automatically Collected Non-Identifying Information

When you use this App, we automatically collect the following anonymized data for feature adaptation, security protection, and troubleshooting. This data does not contain sensitive personal information:

  1. Device identification and system information: device model, device OS version, unique device identifier, version number of this App.
  2. Feature usage records: frequency of use of various features, theme/style preference, used for iterative product design.
  3. The above information has all been anonymized and cannot be linked to your personal identity. It is either stored locally or uploaded to servers only after de-identification.

(C) Exceptions Not Requiring Authorization

According to relevant laws and regulations, we may collect information without your authorization in the following circumstances:

  1. Directly related to national security or national defense.
  2. Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests.
  3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments.
  4. Difficult to obtain your consent while necessary to protect your or another person's life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests.
  5. Information that you have made public yourself.
  6. Collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information (e.g., government public information channels).
  7. Necessary for concluding and performing a contract at your request.
  8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of this App (e.g., detecting and handling Bluetooth connection failures).
  9. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

IV. Rules for Using Information

The information we collect is used only for the following purposes, and not for any other purposes not stated in this Policy:

(A) Core Functionality

1. Remote control & connection: Bluetooth/network information is used to discover and connect to TV devices and transmit remote commands; device identification information is used to adapt command protocols for different device models, ensuring effective control.

2. Screen casting & statistics: The paths obtained through local file access permission are used to read screen casting resources; usage records help you analyze TV usage duration.

(B) Security Protection and Feature Optimization

1. Security protection: Log information is used to detect malicious attacks, fix functional vulnerabilities, and ensure operational safety.

2. Experience iteration: Feature usage records and theme preference data are used to optimize product design.

(C) Necessary Notifications

We send notifications only in the following necessary scenarios:

  1. Device connection status alerts.
  2. Screen casting completion reminders.
  3. Security risk alerts (e.g., detection of abnormal connection attempts).
  4. You may disable notification permissions through your device's "Settings – Notifications – iTV Remote". After disabling, you will not receive non-essential notifications, and core functions will not be affected.

V. Rules for Information Sharing and Transfer

We strictly limit the sharing and transfer of information. We do not actively share your personal information with any third party, except in the following statutory or agreed circumstances:
